How Important Is Job Placement Assistance?
Job placement assistance is a priority at Heavy Equipment Operator
School of Idaho. All graduates are eligible to receive job placement
assistance. Listed below are different aspects of the job placement
assistance program. The School’s placement database contains
hundreds of employers who hire graduates right out of our school.
The Placement Director works with each graduate to help him or her
fined employment. The School assists each student in their local
area throughout the United States. Our goal is to assist our graduates
in finding employment opportunities.
Job Placement Assistance Database
The job placement assistance department begins working with students
during the first week of training. Each student is given a job placement
entrance interview to determine his or her job placement requests.
Students can identify what area of the country they will be seeking
employment, and our placement department produces a list of potential
employers in that area. Each graduate receives a job placement assistance
package that contains lists of potential employers along with other
helpful job placement documentation concerning their training and
their skills.
Campus Job Placement Assistance Department
Your campus has a job placement assistance director that you can
talk to about job placement. From the very first day the School
will emphasize job placement assistance as a cooperative effort
where the School and the student work together to achieve a common
goal: SUCCESSFUL JOB PLACEMENT.
Placement Assistance Follow-up
Our placement department follows up with every graduate regarding
his/her job placement successes. The placement assistance program
does follow up correspondence to ensure that every graduate is receiving
placement assistance.
