Level I is designed to provide an introduction to
the heavy equipment industry and basic heavy equipment operation.
Level l is required for a student to proceed into Level II
& III programs. Your Level I training will help for entry type
construction work as in site foundation, sidewalk grading, small
site excavation and landscaping jobs. Graduates will receive a Level-1
National Certification from the National Center for Construction
Education and Research. Following are the course modules:

- 10 hrs OSHA Training
- Basic Math for Engineering
- Understanding of Construction Staking
- Introduction to Blueprints
- Soils - part 1
- Identification of Heavy Equipment
- Equipment Preventative Maintenance
- Basic Understanding of Grades - part 1
- Operating Water Truck
- Operating Skid Steer
- Operating Roller
- Filling Out Employment Application
